I really loved this book. In fact it was so compelling it made me tear up with emotion at one point because it is about a young man who is hard of hearing and how he struggles with every day things we all take for granted. My mum was deaf in one ear (she has now passed away) and this book made me wish I new more about the condition and made me wish I understood more of what she was going through. A beautiful book that I read in two days as I couldn’t put it down. I’m going to read it again as I’m a Spanish learner and want to find things I missed the first time and basically just want to read this lovely story again, thank you so much, Adriana.
